SpeedMate PRO
Compact wipe-on applicator, up to 100 m/min at ±1 mm accuracy.
The fastest applicator in the SpeedMate range: 100 metres per minute in a compact housing, with three stepper motors controlling tensioning, unwinding and rewinding.
The PRO is what you specify when the line is fast and the space is tight. It reaches 100 metres per minute while holding placement accuracy to ±1 mm, in a form factor small enough to fit where a larger applicator will not.
Three separate stepper motors handle paper tensioning, motorised unwinding and rewinding. Splitting these across independent drives is what keeps web control stable at speed — a single-motor design starts to drift as roll diameter changes.
Like the rest of the SpeedMate range it applies pre-printed labels and carries no print engine.
