The fastest applicator in the SpeedMate range: 100 metres per minute in a compact housing, with three stepper motors controlling tensioning, unwinding and rewinding.
Request a quoteThe PRO is what you specify when the line is fast and the space is tight. It reaches 100 metres per minute while holding placement accuracy to ±1 mm, in a form factor small enough to fit where a larger applicator will not.
Three separate stepper motors handle paper tensioning, motorised unwinding and rewinding. Splitting these across independent drives is what keeps web control stable at speed — a single-motor design starts to drift as roll diameter changes.
Like the rest of the SpeedMate range it applies pre-printed labels and carries no print engine.
