MELARKO LS-732
Independent top and bottom labeller for flat products, 30–60 pieces per minute.
Applies labels to the top and bottom of a flat product with two independently controlled heads in one pass, for food, beverage and cosmetic packaging. Runs 30–60 pieces per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-732 runs a top head and a bottom head as separate control loops rather than a single mechanism doing both, so each side's position and timing can be tuned independently for products where the top and bottom labels differ in size or content. An optional date coder can print alongside either label.
Conveyor width and speed adjust per job, with an automatic label sensor tuning detection sensitivity. Output is 30–60 pieces per minute at 220V, ±1 mm accuracy.
