Combined paging and labelling machine for paper cards and flat sheets, 30–200 per minute.
Separates paper cards or thin flat sheets one at a time and applies a label to each in the same cycle, for products 50–300 mm long, 50–250 mm wide, 0.2–2 mm thick. Runs 30–200 pieces per minute.
The LS-749 combines page separation and labelling in one machine — where a stack of thin cards or sheets would otherwise need a separate feeder before a labeller could work on them one at a time, this unit does both in the same cycle. An optical sensor detects each sheet and triggers placement.
Product thickness runs 0.2–2 mm at 50–300 mm long, 50–250 mm wide — genuinely flat stock, not boxes. Labels run 10–150 mm long, 20–130 mm wide (with backing) on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 280 mm. Output is 30–200 pieces per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
