MELARKO LS-751
Servo-driven double-side labeller for flat bottles, up to 350 pieces per minute.
Presses labels onto both sides of a flat bottle with label-pressing brushes that reduce bubbles, driven by a high-speed servo motor. Runs 60–350 pieces per minute depending on bottle size, for lines integrating into food, cosmetic and chemical packaging.
The LS-751 is the highest-throughput double-side flat-bottle labeller in this range, using a servo motor rather than a standard induction motor to hold accuracy at speed, plus imported photoelectric sensors. Label-pressing brushes on each side push out air as the label seats.
Bottle profile runs 20–120 mm thick, 30–350 mm tall, with labels 25–300 mm long, 15–200 mm high, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 350 mm. Output ranges 60–350 pieces per minute at 1500 W.
