MELARKO LS-754
Switchable single/double-side labeller for flat or round bottles, opaque or transparent labels.
Switches between single and dual-label configuration on flat or round bottles, reading both opaque and transparent label stock, for containers 20–300 mm long, 20–120 mm wide, 60–320 mm tall. Runs up to 35 bottles per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-754 is built to integrate into a filling and capping line and switch job-to-job between single-label and dual-label configuration, on either flat or round bottles, with adjustable wheels and photoelectric detection tuned for both opaque and transparent label stock — the latter a harder sensing job most machines in this range don't call out explicitly.
Containers run 20–300 mm long, 20–120 mm wide, 60–320 mm tall, with labels 10–130 mm wide, 15–300 mm long, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 350 mm. Output is up to 35 bottles per minute at 3000 W — deliberately modest to keep positioning accurate on transparent stock.
