Body and cap labeller for square bottles — single, double, three-side or wrap-around — with inline date coding.
Labels both the body and the cap of a square bottle, configurable to single-side, double-side, three-side or full wrap-around, with bubble-elimination brushes and inline batch/date coding. Available with stepper (25–45/min) or servo drive (30–60/min).
The LS-756 covers both the body and the cap of a square bottle in the same cycle, and can be configured to single-side, double-side, three-side or full wrap-around labelling depending on the job — the most configurable body/cap combination in this range. Bubble-elimination brushes on the top-side station keep the cap label flat, and inline coding adds a batch number or date without a separate step.
It's offered with either a stepper motor (25–45 pieces/min) or a servo motor (30–60 pieces/min) at the same 570 W draw, with a conveyor speed of 5–18 m/min. It needs 0.4–0.6 MPa of shop air for the pneumatic elements.
