Two-head labeller for flat bottle caps and round bottle bodies, 25–45 pieces per minute.
Runs two label heads — one for a flat surface, one for wrap-around — to cover a bottle's cap and body in one pass, for Ø25–100 mm glass or plastic containers. Runs 25–45 bottles per minute at 5000 W.
The LS-763 dedicates two distinct label heads to two distinct jobs — a flat-surface head for the cap, a wrap-around head for the body — rather than compromising with one mechanism for both, on Ø25–100 mm glass or plastic bottles across cosmetics, beverage and pharma lines. Touchscreen controls and positioning detection keep the two heads synchronised.
Labels run 20–285 mm long, 20–150 mm tall, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 280 mm. Output is 25–45 bottles per minute at 5000 W, ±1 mm accuracy.
