Tabletop labeller for small-scale round bottle production, up to 200 per minute.
Applies labels to round bottles Ø30–100 mm with an elastic labelling belt and an English touchscreen, aimed at small-scale food, beverage, cosmetics and chemical production. Runs 40–200 bottles per minute in an 84.5 kg tabletop unit.
The LS-769 is a tabletop unit for small producers rather than a full production line — light enough (84.5 kg) to move between benches, with an adjustable-speed motor and elastic labelling belt wrapping the label around the bottle. Sensor detection on both bottle and label keeps positioning consistent despite the compact size.
Bottle diameter runs Ø30–100 mm, with labels 15–140 mm wide, 25–300 mm long, on a 75 mm core, roll diameter up to 250 mm. Output is 40–200 bottles per minute.
