Brush-applies labels to both sides of flat plastic bottles and jars up to Ø100 mm, 350 mm tall, for daily chemicals, cosmetics, food and beverage packaging. Runs 30–100 bottles per minute, with an optional date coder.
The LS-731 is a desktop machine that brush-applies a label to each side of a flat plastic bottle or jar in one pass, aimed at daily-chemical, cosmetic, food and beverage packaging that needs both a front and back label. Conveyor width and speed adjust per job, and an optional inline date coder prints a batch number alongside the label.
Bottles up to Ø100 mm, 350 mm tall are covered, with labels up to 200 mm wide on a 75 mm core, roll diameter up to 250 mm. Output is 30–100 bottles per minute at 3100 W, ±2 mm accuracy.
