Automatically positions and applies single or double-side labels to round bottles Ø12–100 mm, with automatic label feeding and detection sensors. Runs 25–50 bottles per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-766 covers a wide diameter range for a round-bottle machine — Ø12–100 mm — with a positioning system and automatic label feed that switches between single-side and double-side jobs. Detection sensors on both the bottle and the label keep placement accurate across that whole range without a fixture change.
Labels run 20–300 mm long, 15–150 mm tall, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 350 mm. Output is 25–50 bottles per minute at 1000 W.
