Half-label applicator for cylindrical bottles, jars and tubes, 5–50 per minute.
Applies a partial (front-facing) label rather than a full wrap to cylindrical bottles, jars and tubes Ø40–100 mm, 25–350 mm tall, with PLC and photoelectric bottle detection. Runs 5–50 pieces per minute.
The LS-770 is built specifically for a front-facing label that covers only part of a cylindrical container's circumference, not the full wrap-around most machines in this range default to — useful when a brand only wants label coverage on the side that faces the customer on a shelf. It handles bottles, jars and tubes alike within its size range.
Container diameter runs Ø40–100 mm, height 25–350 mm, with labels 25–180 mm long, 15–140 mm wide. Output is a deliberately wide 5–50 pieces per minute, at 126 kg (134 kg with the optional date coder).
