FlexiMate eBelt
Full-electric wipe-on applicator for high-speed real-time labelling.
A print-and-apply system that prints and applies in real time and needs no compressed air at all. The label is wiped onto the product at a fixed distance as it passes.
Request a quoteThe eBelt is the answer for lines that run fast and continuously. Printing and application happen in real time, so every label carries current data rather than data buffered a few packs earlier.
It is fully electric. No compressed air is required, which removes the compressor, the air line and the ongoing energy cost from the installation — and takes a common failure point out of the machine.
The labelling distance is fixed, which means the product presentation has to be consistent. Where product height varies, a variable-stroke applicator is the better choice.
