FlexiMate eBlade
Full-electric wipe-on with a label buffer, for speed without real-time printing.
A print-and-apply system that prints ahead into a loose loop and then applies. Because printing and application are decoupled, it reaches high speeds where the data does not need to be generated at the moment of application.
Request a quoteThe eBlade separates the two halves of the job. Labels are printed into a loose loop and held ready; application happens independently. That decoupling is what lets it run fast.
The trade-off is explicit: this is not real-time printing. If every label must carry data generated at that instant — a serial number, a weight read from a checkweigher — a real-time system such as the eBelt is required instead.
Where the data is known in advance, the eBlade delivers the higher throughput. It is fully electric with no compressed air, at a fixed labelling distance.
