Request a quoteThe SpeedMate range applies labels; it does not print them. That makes it the right choice where labels are pre-printed and the requirement is placement rather than variable data.
The Blade runs at up to 70 metres per minute with placement accuracy of ±1 mm. Two separate stepper motors handle the job: one tensions the liner, the other drives the rewinder, so the web stays under control at speed rather than relying on a single drive.
The dispensing blade is available fixed or spring-loaded. A fixed blade suits flat products; the spring-loaded version follows the product contour where the surface is not flat.
